PAT SOKOLL
Pat began following Jesus in 1980 through the testimony of a good friend and then quickly linked with a Great Commission Church in Ames, Iowa. He has served as a pastor for 30 years in Iowa, Kansas, and Colorado. He is currently serving as pastor of Beggars’ Gate in Loveland, Colorado. He has been blissfully married to his high school sweetheart for 32 years. Pat and Cindy have 5 children, 5 children-in-law, and 8 grandchildren. Pat hopes to someday hear Jesus say, “That’ll do, Pig,” or some other witty – but affirming – review of his service to the King.
NATHAN HROUDA
Nathan heard stories from the Bible growing up in traditional churches, but it wasn’t until someone shared the gospel story with him that he started walking in relationship with Jesus. As a sophomore at Colorado State University, he joined with the Rock college ministry (partly for the food challenges and road trips), which was based out of Summitview Church in Fort Collins, CO. He has been pastoring since 2014, first in Fort Collins, and now in Loveland at Beggars’ Gate. He has enjoyed the last 11 years being married to Kimberly, and they have 4 amazing kids that they get to shepherd.
